Ladies, it’s time to get in shape!
So many girls think that if they go to the gym 5 days a week, they can eat anything they want. Wrong! Unfortunately, the reality is that if you don’t clean your diet, you will never get in shape. N-e-v-e-r! I mean, you will feel better, but if you need to lose weight, you must follow some simple rules.
#1 - No sugar (veggies and fruits are OK, except bananas)
#2 - No potatoes (including mashed potatoes)
#3 - No spagetti and all types of noodles
#4 -No soda (even “diet” soda)
#5 - No bread!
If you want to succeed - eat clean! Do not put yourself on a low-carb diet, eat fruits and vegetables, but avoid sugar (candies, pastries etc) and some of the products of high glycemic index (white rice, for instance).
Now, there is one more very important thing, that most folks forget about. Get enough sleep so that your muscles can repair themselves after each workout! You are not going to build great muscles if you are only getting five hours of sleep each night and are over-stressed by your super-busy workload.
And finally, stay motivating!. This is a “biggy”. Take a buddy with you, for example, and always make time in your schedule to get to the gym - no excuses!
Here is what you DO NOT need
- expensive ABS mashines that claim to help you with building 6 pack fast. In reality….everyone has 6 pack, all you have to do is to lose excessive fat mass by working on whole body
- fancy workout clothes (make sure you get ones that you are comfortable in)
- membership at luxury Gym clubs (use your closest YMCA and discipline yourself first, all you need is to make your body “addictive” to exercising)
- fat burners and other stuff that claim to help you get great body. Waste of money!
